This sounds suspicious. I haven't tried dating online or paying for websites just to "date". I have these impressions that these women aren't what they really are. Maybe they are just there "to date" and afterwards, they'll go back to your agency and gets ready for another one. Hey, isn't that called uhm "pimping"?

Is this like a buy a bride thing? Do people seriously do this? Is this allowed or is it illegal? I think when women put them selfs up to be a buy a bride thats is either for money or to get into another country legally. Its for desperate men who cant find anyone to love them, cause they beat on women, or have some other psychological problems and than the women are stuck with these men, buying a bride is the stupidest idea ever.

I couldn't agree with you any less Akeem. Women should be treated with utmost respect and not just to put them up as trade or for sale. Well, in this situation, these women are also to be blame for letting themselves to these kinds of gamble and schemes. Is this what the future has in store for all of us? A soulless and heartless society driven by power, lust and money? If this is the new world, then I don't want any part of it.

Well, people from around the globe has different traditions and culture and this is how they treat women in their country... as tools ready for merchandise. I've also seen this kind of twisted and demented way of thinking on Japanese as they are almost all male chauvinists and sadistic tyrrants.

Well, I don't mind dating these pretty women? What's the big fuzz about it? The internet is a democratic and free cyberspace so don't act up all "goody" now with your moralistic and sensitive views. It is just dating, not that you are actually going to marry them. I also believe they are okay, their not sick with AIDS or HIV if you are that worried. I've tried dating services and it can actually be fun and worth your time. Well, I am not going to advertise any website like some bot, just expressing my views. It is a free country, I mean cyberworld.

I don't think there is anything wrong with online dating. Alot of people find their life partners through sites like that. Is just another way to meet people. How is that wrong?

Why are you so against it? I admit that I have tried one of these dating services and it is not all that bad. It is just meeting people, not like your paying them for sex? I have a life outside of the world wide web if you'll rub the idea that I am some nerd or loser who stays all day in front of the pc. I am a perfectly active bachelor at my 30s and am looking for a wife.

If all you do is judge and look at how people act and do with their lives then you will never grow as an individual. Imagine, what is the history of social networking websites? Because they are open to ideas that people can actually meet and interact on the internet, but they are not perverts or has low lives. They are the more creative ones. There are those successful love stories and then there are those tragedies, some of the risks which is included when trying these kind of websites.

I agree with what Carl Zeiss said here. There is nothing wrong with these date a Peruvian or Latina website links here at the forums. It is just like the social networking sites like Facebook, Myspace, Orkut, Bebo, or Friendster that we usually see and log in. The only difference it that they are more straight-forward on their purpose and that is to "market" I mean looking for potential partners for their women.

I´ve done these types of trips with 4 different agencies. They are just dating agencies. They tell the women they are ¨marriage agencies¨and they tell the men they are ¨romance agencies¨.the women are real, most of the guys are looking for a wife.
I HAVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH LOVE AS I HAVE FROM WOMEN IN THESE AGENCIES.

I don't see anything degrading about these kinds of websites. First things first, the women who are available to be "taken out" of these dating services are doing this out of money or their own free will (if not, then that would be another story). As long as there are no complaints from the women of that dating service I guess there isn't anything bad about it. It is just focusing on a man or woman's basic necessity of finding love or a partner.

There is nothing wrong with this kinds of dating services, what is wrong is people's varying opinion. This forum is supposed to be for people who are looking for potential romantic relationships or partners and not for the conservative people who are trap in their closed-minded conservative and traditional world. This doesn't concern you traditional folks, so just move on and don't respond if this does not concern you. Know your place.

You ever wondered what it would be like to date an exotic woman? You can say anything you want but finding a woman in that you can relate to in your own county is difficult enough. How difficult would it be if you went to a different country and you didn't know where to start plus you have a language barrier. The sad thing is these women mostly encounter jerks. Yes as like in any relationship it has to be something in it for them.

Yeah, Shirley we are all adults here but not all adults know what they are doing all the time. Like my friend who thought he find his true love via online dating but later on finds out that the girl he married just want to acquire citizenship. My friend manages to cope and move on after the said marriage and now faces his life with a new light. Good thing he manages to recover.

That was sad Tracy, good thing your friends finally cope up with that experience of his. Let this story be a lesson for those who are searching for that love of theirs. Love cannot be rushed, we have to definitely look for it and it takes time. There is nothing wrong with online dating, as long as you are fully aware to where the relationship is heading and that you are not being fooled.
