NEXOGY INC. Is looking for Customer Service / Technical Support level 1 agents (bilingual English only need apply) for work in our Lima, Peru Contact Center Skills and competencies required: * Selected candidates must be available to work full time. 48 hours per week. Part-time candidates not accepted, flexible schedule work hours mandatory. (Day & Evening Shift) * Technical Degree not required nor Technical Background required (We will train you) Bilingual English ( mandatory advanced level) Must have customer service experience (banking, retail, sales, telecommunications , etc) Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Place customer orders in computer system. Provide customers with product and service information. Up sell products and services. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. Complete call logs and reports. Be able to type 50 words per minute WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
