I'm wondering what the expenses would be like to plan a trip to Machu Picchu? Well first of course from US to Peru, but I think Machu Picchu looks like a fascinating place to see!

It is quite fascinating... you should try and take time to visit a few south american countries while your at it. They all have their own unique flavors... food and culture.

If you want a true adventure follow in the footsteps of the Striking Viking who drove his motorcycle from California though Central American and around the perimiter of South America. Some of his adventures included the farting staff in the Chinese Restaurant in Costa Rica and getting kidnapped in Colombia.
For a bit less of an adventure you could take a bus.. though you better set aside a lot of time.

Well you should book your tickets to peru as soon as you can you always get better rates when you book your fly with anticipation, well go to totallyperu .com and you can book tour to machupichu there, then take the tour and compare or start searching in the web the things that the tour offers but by your own. I think that you should take a tour because machu picchu it's very popular and sometimes you don't find tickets.
