Is this place a hotel or something like a bed and breakfast or is it just a house that is renting out an extra room, I would like more information on this please because I am interested.

Is this really for real? I've checked the link and it directed me to a some sort of parking site where all I could see is all sponsored links. I was expecting that this www cozyroom tk site will be very informative but no, it wasn'tI am looking for this kind of tourism lodging like the one that they offer in Thailand. Does anyone here know some info about this in Peru?

Alot of post like these on this website are just ads. I'm an American living here in Peru. I started a touring/information company here in Peru. If you (Marianne and Sarah) are serious about finding lodging in and around Lima, Peru, feel free to write me (CollateralHM@aol.com). If you have a place in mind I can do some research and visit the place for you to make sure it's what the person says it is. Don't worry, information is always free. Thank you for your time

Hakeem, Would you mind to have a room mate? It would be cheaper for the two of us if we would share rooms right. I'm also going this summer?
