| Caretaker Needed For Property in Laguna Azul (Sauce), Peru I have a GORGEOUS piece of rural, off-the-grid property located in Laguna Azul (Sauce), Peru, which needs a caretaker ASAP. It is approx. 1.5 ha. (3 acres), and includes a perfect balance of prime organic farmland, natural jungle, gorgeous views, mature fruit trees, a rushing mountain stream and more. There are three structures on the property, including the two-story main house, a small creekside bedroom/meditation tambo, and a big pavillion overlooking the property from the top of the gentle hillside. Please note that this is a RUSTIC, off-the-grid property with no vehicle access (a 15-minute walk or horseback ride to town and the lake), rainwater collection system, and no power (I have not yet installed the solar panels). If you are looking for a rustic, but close-in, slice of tropical Paradise in one of the most beautiful areas of Peru, this could be the perfect spot for you.
