http:// www. migraciones .gob.pe/ (remove the spaces) - This is the website from the Peruvian government, its written in foreign language so you need to translate it. You can translate it via google translator, just type the link to translate. google.com(without spaces)http:// www. expatperu .com/ vrequirements .php (remove the spaces to) - while what we have here is an english list information about all different kinds of visas that an expat can apply to.

Here are some Peru Travel TipsEntry Requirements
Passport needed. Visas are required only from the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bulgaria, Russia, Pakistan, India, and China. Vaccines are necessary only if travelers are visiting areas where there is an epidemic such as yellow fever and hepatitis B.

Spanish is the official language of Peru.

The local currency is the Nuevo Sol. At the time of this writing, the exchange rate (which can fluctuate daily) was 2.85 sols to the US dollar.

Most restaurants add a 10 percent service charge to the bill, but some do not. The total tip should be about 15 percent.

Permanent Resident (Immigrant) VisasPermanent Resident (immigrant) applications are accepted on Mondays and Wednesdays. You must first obtain a ticket from the Embassy guardhouse from 08:00 to 09:00 am. A limited number of tickets, valid for service that day are distributed. People receiving tickets will be allowed in upon reception of the ticket.
If you already have an immigration application currently in process and would like to submit further documents in support of that application, you may either mail those documents or submit them directly to the Embassy guardhouse at any time. Your documents must be in a sealed envelope with your file number, name and date of birth clearly marked on the envelope.
The family reunification, or family class, category includes spouses, common-law partners, conjugal partners, dependent children, parents and grandparents sponsored by their relatives who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 or over and living in Canada. It also includes children under 18 who the sponsor intends to adopt in Canada; brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and grandchildren who are orphans and under18; and any other relative, if the sponsor has no relative as described above, either abroad or in Canada.
The economic, or independent class, category includes skilled workers, provincial and territorial nominees, investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed persons who meet specific selection criteria indicating their ability to successfully establish themselves in Canada.
The province of Quebec employs immigration officers abroad to interview potential immigrants destined to Quebec, and to assess applications from those who want to settle in that province as independent immigrants.

That info should be enough for anyone with questions regarding residing in Peru. It would have been easier to put the websites in the designated boxes. That would have made everything else easier. There is no harm in emailing enquiries as Michael has suggested. Following them physically might give you the upper hand. It may as well take an eternity to respond to an e-mail.
I thought doing that on behalf of Naid, would be suitable for all and sundry.

I would suggest that you do post a clickable link moy, it would be much of help in us here at this very practical easy to use forum.I would have to suggest the link that Naid posted instead of posting another one that could be a misled to anybody. That link should be enough to feed info on our struggling confused minds. (what a choice of words here, geez)..Ciao
